Two streams arrive here. One is whatever you type into the storefront. The other is whatever the lines observe once somebody switches them on. Both are laid out below, room by room. A notice that stops at naming categories has told you nothing you could act on.
Text current as of 28 August 2026Fortify 24x7 runs this storefront. It also settles what becomes of information arriving through it, and of information the lines throw off afterwards. Every we written below refers to that company.
Anything on this page that wants explaining goes to support@clientdataarmor.com. Somebody opens it.
No advertising trackers here. No profile assembled out of your visit. No marketing script fetched from anywhere at all. Three items get stored, and here are the three.
Card details go nowhere near this site. Number, expiry, and the three figures on the back are entered on a page that Stripe serves from Stripe hardware. Those values are invisible to us and are written into nothing we run.
On completion Stripe returns the handful of facts without which an account cannot exist. Somewhere to write. A trading name. Whichever lines were chosen, and the count against each. Whether the subscription is healthy. Stripe's own identifiers for the customer record.
Running the service means handling whatever the covered systems throw off. It differs by room, so it is written out by room.
Everything listed is handled because you instructed it, in order to run whatever you purchased. Nothing there gets analysed for commercial purposes of ours, and nothing there is put up for sale. That position is not sitting around waiting for a sufficiently good offer.
A claim holds its subject, a description, whatever an engineer writes onto it, and any file attached along the way. That record stays inside our service management system as long as the account survives, keeping a problem alongside its own history.
Nobody builds all of it. Each platform named below processes data for us under contract. Every one of them publishes a notice you are free to go off and read.
Past that list nothing moves except under legal compulsion. This company does not sell personal information. Advertising networks do not receive it, and no mechanism here could make it trail somebody from site to site.
Billing and account records survive alongside the subscription, then for whichever stretch tax and accounting rules insist upon. Telemetry from a security line lives for the window printed on its vault plan or agreed while scoping. Duplicates live for the retention you picked.
Closing an account produces a letter listing what goes and the date each thing goes. Destruction timing for duplicates varies with the platform holding them, so the letter answers for your configuration and not for everybody's.
Which rights you hold depends on where you are. Seeing what is held, correcting it, deleting it, objecting to a use: those are the usual four. Ask, and we work through it beside you. Asking costs nothing, and having asked leads nowhere unpleasant.
Where material is held as a processor for your employer, begin with your employer. We will help them reply.
A customer environment gets opened by an engineer when a job calls for opening it. Signing in wants more from you than a password does. Work carried out within a customer tenant gets recorded. That is a description of practice. That is not an undertaking that nothing whatsoever will go wrong, and a supplier offering such an undertaking is selling reassurance.
A substantive change moves the date at the head of this page. Where a change reaches information you have already handed across, account holders get a message rather than a chance to spot it.
